At The Brook School we have a team of Eco Warriors in order to become a more Eco Friendly school.  The Eco Warriors consists of 2 children from each of the Year 1 and 2 classes, a Eco Warrior leader/teacher and a parent. 

Each year we assess how the school is doing with regards to being Eco Friendly and the Eco Warriors are in charge of taking things forward.  They help to make an action plan and they give their input on what areas they would like to learn more in.

The Year 2 Eco Warriors are in charge of the collecting and recycling of paper and plastic from all classrooms, staffroom and offices, with the help of our Grounds Manager.

The Year 1 Eco Warriors are in charge of litter picking around the inside and outside of the school.  They do this with the help of our Business Manager and our new litter picking tools, bought with money raised from our naturally made reusable Brook School bags sold at the stall at the Christmas fair.

The Eco Warriors help to promote being Eco Friendly through assemblies and feeding back information from Warrior meetings.
